Soul, Funk, Jazz and now Disco Spectrum (Latin Spectrum is on its way), the BBE crew are turning compilations out at the rate of knots, though without any lapse in quality. Joey Negro is the man giving Bob Jones and Keb Darge some time off and putting together a selection of his favourite disco tunes. Highlights include Esther Williams' I'll Be Your Pleasure and the heavily sampled Que Tal America by Two Man Sound. This should be a big seller in the light of the current obsession with disco samples a la Armand Van Helden. To be cut-up and looped to death in a club near you very soon.
