Snap of course hail from a vibrant dance music period in the late Eighties and early Nineties, and realising this they famously cashed-in by combining pop, house and hip hop into a highly successful commercial formulae.
Naturally this collection picks-up the expected list of Snap's early releases, collating the original versions and adding recent remixes for good measure.
Those nostalgic for the late Eighties will no-doubt appreciate the inclusion of the big hits such as 'The Power' and 'Rhythm Is A Dancer'.
Newer converts will probably get more listening pleasure from the recent chart successes such as the up-tempo versions of 'Do You See The Light' and 'Dancer'.
But in truth, it's the originals that work best.
And despite several of the tracks being re-mixed versions of what can safely be described as pop classics, you're advised to skip through those and enjoy this for the original music from the days when Snap was the other 'Hit Man and Her'.
