Talk About The Blues is the second release from the brilliant Acme album with Spencer playing rock’n’roll over funky licks and a booming rhythm track. Those who aren’t touched by this might fare better with David Holmes’ gospel-inspired remix. The release is complemented by an Evan Barnard-directed video which stars Winona Rider, so it should see the band secure their highest chart placing yet.
