The debut single from Macy Gray proves that this is a voice that you'll be very familiar with later this summer. The song is stronger than most of Lauryn Hill's singles output from 'The Miseducation..' - excluding 'Ex-Factor' - and Macy's voice is equally addictive. Mixing hip-hop influences with a classic soul sound, rather than polished R&B fluff, the result is a catchy but lasting tune. With the right support this should do very well. JP
