You'd be forgiven for not remembering All Star from when they dented the top twenty with 'Walkin' On The Sun' a couple of years ago.  This time round the Californian outfit return with another slice of their garage-ska-rap formula.  Sounding something like Madness meets Fun Lovin' Criminals, 'All Star' is certainly lively, has a catchy chorus and bounds along in a stomping fashion. It's nice enough - they must be doing something right as they're double platinum sellers in the US -  but this is unlikely to catch on in any big way over here  MW.
