After their Brits get-together for a lusty rendition of '20th Century Boy' the boys with the lippy get together once more to re-record an old Placebo track on a limited edition CD single (20,000) that will probably not be eligible for the chart but will become a must have for fans of both camps on release.

A spiky, atmospheric, stalk through Brian and David's dark and moody vibe all "sucking and breathing and crawling", and if you don't burst out laughing at Bowie's "tick tock" mantra, then you'll die a little when the pair duet on the glorious chorus.

The guitar's menacingly brilliant too. Radiohead meets Bauhaus at a pro-am golf tournament anyone?
