Every pub band's favourite soundcheck anthem gets the treatment from Ms.Crow - as if she needed to prove to those of us at the summer's Rolling Stones gigs that she knows how to rawk!

The thing is, stripped of the original's squawking Axl Rose vocal and Slash's brain eating guitar figure, 'Sweet Child O' Mine' is revealed as, well, not exactly the greatest song ever written.

Sheryl's own recent efforts are infinitely more substantial so dotmusic says 'Sheryl, stick to your own Guns - N' Roses'. Sorry about that.
