The first single from their sixth studio album Quench (released October 12) – the follow-up to 1996’s Blue Is the Colour, which sold 1.5m copies – finds The Beautiful South in typically whimsical mode, taking a sardonic look at body-beautiful obsession.

The tune is a funkier take on their standard pub rock and will certainly appeal to their huge fanbase. It has already made the Radio One B-list, and is rapidly rising up the airplay Top 40.
