This is a perplexing release! The ninjas that gave Ninja Tune its famed moniker unleash a 12" on the their label namesake, or something... Remixes of the Frank Chickens' 1983 'indie' hit 'We Are Ninja', the tracks on offer here spin through the dirty, distorted bass workout of the 'Neotropic Chicken Feed Mix' to the bonkers Oz Mutantes-groove of the Pizzicato 5 interpretation. Charming, but a little too odd for its own good.
