This tune could have been a stormer indeed but for the central motif – an incredibly clonky and cheesy treatment of Elton John's 'Song For A Guy'. 'Sunstorm's original mix begins well with a rhythmic synth intertwining with a nicely tuned buzz saw sound, but then the saccharine piano comes in and spoils the effect. Things improve when you hit the mixes, particularly the Mike Koglin workout. The piano sound is thankfully mutated and Koglin wacks in a sizzling rhythm to drive the song along and which gives it a much needed acid edge.
