The third single from the lovely Miss Lopez' debut album finds the gangsta's moll hanging with Fat Joe and the recently deceased Big Pun to turn out a pleasant, feel-good R&B ditty. The title speaks volumes about the vibe of the tune, in fact, Jennifer is feeling so good that she manages to break off a chunk of sunshine for those of us listening out in radio land. The video - already on endless rotation on MTV – depicts a Bronx-dwelling Lopez bouncing down the street, simply over the moon about discovering a dollar bill lying on the street. Hmmmn. Thing is, after a couple of listens, you discover that this tune really does work. Perhaps it is the meticulous creation of thousands of dollars worth of consultant psychologists, a small army of musicologists, focus groups, marketing suits and an exhaustive ethnography conducted by a highly esteemed anthropologist from UCLA. On the other hand, it may be the unique artistic creation of Miss Lopez' and Puff Daddy (producer), but it really does cheer you up. So be it.
