Luca - 'Seville' (Touchdown)

'Seville' is a brooding, haunting slice of techno that just barely crosses over into house territory. The beats kick off into a fine dark and moody soundscape, punctuated by a hypnotic groove.

A layer of acid builds throughout, before dropping down into a deep resonant chamber, then builds up again with the analogue sounds weaving in and out of the groove. The beats are pulsating, the sounds sinister, and the twisted groove is hypnotic. A return to acid house? Almost.
