The finest song on both this pair's current solo albums, 'Kids' is a rousing rock anthem and possibly the best pop single of this year so far, right up there with Spiller's 'Groovejet'.

A driving, funky, fuzz-guitar laden monster of a tune, 'Kids' is a totally irresistible four and a bit minutes of euphoria. A song so in love with life that you can't help but grin madly when you listen to it.

There's even a Robbie rap in it where he mentions Sean Connery, sodomy and rhymes monogamy with Billy Connolly. Superb! Cocksure, contagious pop at its best.
