Cheeky teens DJ Oxide and MC Neutrino notched themselves up a nice little Number One hit earlier this year by sampling the theme tune to BBC hospital drama Casualty, bunging some garage beats on it and calling it 'Bound 4 Da Reload (Casualty)'. Cunning devils!

Now they return with a slightly darker, more eerie twist on UK garage. Scantly arranged and synth-powered with those trademark throbbing beats 'No Good 4 Me' bounces along with some rapid fire rap and soulful female vocals courtesy of So Solid Collective members Romeo, Mega Man and Lisa Maffia.

A nice effort which runs out of ideas halfway through.
